AN ACT REQUIRING THE STATE TO PAY FOR A TITLE SEARCH OF A PARCEL OF LAND IN SOUTHBURY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 5 of special act 13-23 be amended to require the state to pay for the costs of conducting a title search for the parcel located in the town of Southbury that is being conveyed to the town of Southbury pursuant to said act.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the state to pay for the cost of a title search of the parcel conveyed under section 5 of special act 13-23.
