3232 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3434 That section 46b-127 of the general statutes be amended to ensure that children charged with a class B felony are provided with a hearing on their amenability to treatment in the juvenile court prior to being transferred to the regular criminal docket and to raise the minimum age for transfer from fourteen years to fifteen years of age.
