AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A STATE-WIDE SYSTEM FOR DUI COURTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to consider the implementation of a state-wide system of courts to adjudicate driving under the influence charges.
Statement of Purpose:
To study a system that may reduce recidivism rates, costs, and repeat driving under the influence offenses within Connecticut.
