AN ACT CONCERNING NOTICE OF ORDERS TO CORRECT BLIGHT VIOLATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow municipalities to record orders to correct violations of any state or municipal code pertaining to blight on the land records as notice to all interested parties, not as a lien.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the local code enforcement agency to record orders to correct blight violations on the land records as notice to all interested parties, not as a lien.
