AN ACT CONCERNING STATE-FUNDED MUNICIPAL ROAD RESURFACING PROJECTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that any municipality receiving state funding for road paving or resurfacing projects must locate or relocate culverts and curbing along such road at the same height as the road.
Statement of Purpose:
To create a uniform standard by which roads are paved and made safer.
