2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3030 That the general statutes be amended to establish a pilot program in the city of Stamford to support a public safety and awareness campaign that focuses on the enforcement of motor vehicle laws, traffic engineering and safe travel education and to fund such program by increasing the amount of revenue from fines collected for motor vehicle violations that is remitted to the city of Stamford pursuant to section 51-56a of the general statutes.
