3838 AN ACT CONCERNING MAIN STREET COMMITTEES.

4040 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

4242 That the general statutes be amended to establish Main Street committees dedicated to improving the physical appearance and broaden the retail mix in urban street corridors. Said committees shall be established in municipalities with populations of one hundred thousand or greater and ten million dollars in bonds shall be authorized for the purpose of carrying out the goals of said Main Street committees.
