AN ACT CONCERNING A LOCAL CHARTER SCHOOL OFFERING AN ALTERNATIVE EDUCATION PROGRAM IN NEW HAVEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 164 of the general statutes be amended to grant a charter for a local charter school that will offer an alternative education program in the town of New Haven.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide an opportunity for over-age and under-credited students to receive a high school diploma.
