4040 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

4242 That chapter 173 of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Administrative Services to set aside an additional twenty-five per cent of a town's school building project grant for the purposes of sustainability and maintenance of a school that has just been newly constructed or renovated.
