AN ACT CONCERNING THE SALES TAX ON BUSINESS CONSULTING SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-407 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the sales tax on consulting services related to business analysis, management, management consulting and public relations services when such services are provided by one business entity to another business entity.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the sales tax on consulting services when such services are provided by one business entity to another business entity.
