AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEADLINE FOR CONSENSUS REVENUE ESTIMATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 2-36c of the general statutes be amended to change the deadline for issuing consensus revenue estimates for the current biennium and the next ensuing three fiscal years from November tenth to October fifteenth, annually.
Statement of Purpose:
To restore the former deadline for issuing consensus revenue estimates by requiring issuance by October fifteenth instead of November tenth.
