AN ACT REPEALING THE CITIZENS' ELECTION PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That (1) chapter 157 of the general statutes be repealed, and (2) all other provisions of the general statutes concerning the Citizens' Election Program be repealed.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the Citizens' Election Program.
