AN ACT CONCERNING THE UNLAWFUL ENTRY OF FORMER TENANTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the landlord of any subsidized housing unit to change the locks on such unit after the tenant moves out.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent unlawful entry by former tenants.
