28 | 28 | That sections 45a-132 and 51-296 of the general statutes be amended to require a party to a Probate or Juvenile Court proceeding, who has the financial ability to pay for the services of a guardian ad litem or an attorney for a minor child acting on behalf of the minor in such proceeding, to be responsible for the guardian ad litem or attorney fees for a minor child for such services or alternatively reimburse the state for such services when state funds have been used to pay the fees of such guardian ad litem or attorney for a minor child. | |
