AN ACT CONCERNING THE ADMINISTRATION OF NALOXONE, NITROGLYCERINE AND EPINEPHRINE BY EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIANS. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That chapter 368d of the general statutes be amended to require emergency medical technicians and advanced emergency medical technicians to be equipped with naloxone, nitroglycerine and epinephrine and to administer such substances in medically-appropriate circumstances. Statement of Purpose: To allow qualified persons to administer life-saving substances.
