26 | 26 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: | |

28 | 28 | That chapter 155 of the general statutes be amended to require that (1) any contract for personal services provided to a political campaign shall be reduced to written documentation, and (2) the treasurer of a committee, other than a state central committee, shall include such written documentation of any such contract in the statement immediately following the execution of such contract to be filed with the proper authority in accordance with the provisions of section 9-603 of the general statutes, provided such written documentation shall not be subject to public disclosure. | |
