AN ACT CONCERNING FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION IN PUBLIC HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that no resident of public housing may be prohibited from utilizing common facilities or community rooms for political activity.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit residents of public housing to use common areas for political activity.
