AN ACT CONCERNING THE TERM OF THE MORATORIUM FROM THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING LAND USE APPEALS PROCEDURE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to increase the term of the available moratorium from four years to five years.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the term of the moratorium available under the affordable housing land use appeals procedure.
