AN ACT CONCERNING SEXTING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 53a-196h of the general statutes be amended to increase the potential age range of a child who is the subject of a covered visual depiction to include children under eighteen years of age.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the group of minors covered by the sexting statute.
