AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF A COMPUTER TO ENTICE A MINOR TO ENGAGE IN SEXUAL ACTIVITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 53a-90a of the general statutes be amended to expand the protected class of minors to include children under eighteen years of age.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the definition of minors protected by provisions guarding against the use of a computer to entice a minor to engage in sexual activity.
