26 | 26 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: | |

(Effective October 1, 2015) The Commissioner of Public Health, in consultation with the Commissioner of Consumer Protection, shall study the palliative use of marijuana for children. Not later than January 1, 2016, the Commissioner of Public Health shall report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, to the joint standing committees of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to public health and general law concerning the results of such study. | |
