2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That title 30 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit holders of manufacturer and out-of-state shipper's permits from requiring holders of wholesaler permits to pay for alcoholic liquor upon delivery to the wholesaler and that wholesalers with paid-in-full accounts be given not less than thirty days to pay for such alcoholic liquor.
