AN ACT CONCERNING THE CLASSIFICATION OF THE TOWNS OF BURLINGTON AND NEW HARTFORD FOR THE PURPOSES OF STORMWATER PERMITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to reclassify the towns of Burlington and New Hartford as Tier 2, rather than Tier 1, under the Hartford urbanization area, for the purpose of stormwater permits issued by the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.
Statement of Purpose:
To properly classify the towns of Burlington and New Hartford for the purpose of stormwater permits.
