| 28 | 28 | That sections 46b-15, 46b-16a and 46b-38c of the general statutes be amended to provide that a court may, upon the issuance of a restraining order, civil protection order or family violence protective, also order that the respondent temporarily transfer his or her firearms, in accordance with section 29-36k of the general statutes, to a person who is eligible to possess such firearms for a period of time not to exceed fourteen days. | |
