2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That section 9-17 of the general statutes be amended to provide that the registrars of voters of each town shall hold only one mandatory session to examine the qualifications of electors and admit those found qualified prior to each regular election.
