AN ACT CONCERNING SIGNAGE FOR SITES ON THE CONNECTICUT ANTIQUES TRAIL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 578 of the general statutes be amended to allow a business identified by the Department of Economic and Community Development as a site on the Connecticut antiques trail to erect temporary signs or flags, regardless of any municipal zoning ordinance or regulation, indicating that the business is on such trail.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow member businesses on the Connecticut antiques trail to display indication of their participation.
