AN ACT CONCERNING THE ELIMINATION OF THE SALES TAX ON THE PORTION OF CHARGES REPRESENTING THE AIRPORT ACCESS FEE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exempt from sales tax any portion of an off-airport parking fee that represents the Connecticut Airport Authority's access fee.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the sales tax on any portion of an off-airport parking fee that represents the Connecticut Airport Authority's access fee.
