AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEVELOPMENT OF UNIFORM PROCEDURES AND STANDARDS TO ADDRESS SCHOOL BULLYING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-222d of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Education to develop uniform procedures for addressing bullying in schools and to create uniform standards for protecting students who are the victims of school bullying.
Statement of Purpose:
To develop a uniform process for addressing school bullying.
