28 | 28 | That subsection (d) of section 10-262i of the general statutes be amended to extend to fiscal years 2016 and 2017 the provisions of said subsection (d) and to increase the multiplier from three thousand to seven thousand in the calculation allowing a town to reduce its budgeted appropriation for education when the resident student population of such town decreases. | |
