AN ACT CONCERNING PRICE POSTING FOR ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 30-63 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit permittees from amending posted prices for the month following such postings.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the revision period during which alcoholic liquor distributors may change monthly posted prices.
