AN ACT CONCERNING CONTRACTS BETWEEN HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS AND INSURERS AND OTHER ENTITIES THAT PROVIDE HEALTH CARE BENEFITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to specify information to be provided in contracts between health care providers and insurers and other entities that contract with health care providers to provide health care benefits.
