AN ACT CONCERNING ESTATE IN FEE TAIL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 47-3 of the general statutes be amended to provide that each estate given in fee tail shall be an absolute estate in fee simple.
Statement of Purpose:
To convert a grant in fee tail to an estate in fee simple.
