| 30 | 30 | That chapter 55b of the general statutes be amended to (1) automatically suspend any state payments to any nonstate entity that fails to conduct a single audit or a program-specific audit as required under section 4-231 of the general statutes until such audit is completed and submitted, and (2) require the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management to submit an annual report to the General Assembly regarding any noncompliance with the provisions of chapter 55b of the general statutes and include any extensions of time granted and the reasons for any such extension. | |
