AN ACT PROHIBITING THE BOARD OF REGENTS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION FROM FUND-RAISING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the Board of Regents for Higher Education from fund-raising for the individual institutions of higher education under its jurisdiction.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the Board of Regents for Higher Education from fund-raising.
