AN ACT CONCERNING PUBLIC HOUSING AND CHILD SAFE WINDOWS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that child safe windows be installed upon any new construction or remodeling of a public housing unit.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure the safety of children by requiring child safe windows be installed on public housing units.
