AN ACT PROTECTING HOUSING FOR SENIOR CITIZENS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 8 of the general statutes be amended to require that eighty-six per cent of state-financed housing for elderly persons be reserved for persons over sixty years of age.
Statement of Purpose:
To require that housing originally intended for senior citizens is not diverted to other tenants.
