AN ACT CONCERNING INCENTIVES FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 8 of the general statutes be amended to create a state program offering grant funding to incentivize municipalities to undertake affordable housing programs.
Statement of Purpose:
To incentivize the development of affordable housing.
