AN ACT ENHANCING THE PENALTY FOR THREATS OF VIOLENCE MADE AT A SCHOOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 53a of the general statutes be amended to increase the penalty for all threats of violence made in a school.
Statement of Purpose:
To enhance the penalties for threats of violence made at schools.
