AN ACT CONCERNING PROPERTY TAX RELIEF.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide property tax relief measures, including but not limited to, (1) phasing in property tax increases associated with residential reconstruction after a natural disaster; (2) waiving interest on delinquent taxes; and (3) increasing property tax relief for the elderly.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide property tax relief for Connecticut residents.
