AN ACT NAMING A PORTION OF ROUTE 219 IN NEW HARTFORD FOR BRIAN PHILLIPS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a portion of Route 219 in New Hartford be named for Brian Phillips.
