AN ACT ELIMINATING INCORPORATION FEES FOR NONPROFIT VETERANS' GROUPS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 33-1013 of the general statutes be amended to waive the twenty-dollar incorporation fee for nonprofit veterans' organizations and that section 33-1014 of the general statutes be amended to waive the thirty-dollar franchise tax for nonprofit veterans' organizations.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide an exemption for nonprofit veterans' groups from the fifty-dollar fee required for incorporation as a nonstock corporation.
