AN ACT ELIMINATING OCCUPATIONAL LICENSURE FEES FOR VETERANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to waive occupational licensing fees for veterans.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow veterans to maintain or receive occupational licenses including, but not limited to, the license for clinical social workers, without paying a licensing fee.
