AN ACT EXTENDING THE JOB EXPANSION TAX CREDIT PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-217pp of the general statutes be amended to extend the job expansion tax credit program to January 1, 2016.
Statement of Purpose:
To support job creation by continuing the job expansion tax credit program.
