AN ACT CONCERNING THE SALE OF CERTAIN TITLE INSURANCE POLICIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit title insurance policies to be sold at a lower premium rate when such insurance is purchased by a mortgagor of real property for the refinancing of the mortgage on such real property.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit title insurance policies to be sold at a lower premium rate when such insurance is purchased by a mortgagor of real property for the refinancing of the mortgage on such real property.
