AN ACT APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR SCREENING FOR ADRENOLEUKODYSTROPHY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of ____ dollars be appropriated to the Department of Public Health, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, for funding the development or validation of a reliable methodology for screening newborns for adrenoleukodystrophy pursuant to section 19a-55 of the general statutes.
Statement of Purpose:
To fund screening for adrenoleukodystrophy.
