AN ACT EXPANDING THE USE OF HOME HEALTH CARE FOR THE ELDERLY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Public Health to develop a plan to increase by the year 2020, to not less than seventy-five per cent, the percentage of elderly requiring health care who receive such health care in a home setting.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the use of home health care for the elderly.
