AN ACT CONCERNING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND UMBILICAL CORD BLOOD PROCESSING AND STORAGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of ____ dollars be appropriated to the Department of Public Health, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, for the purpose of funding umbilical cord blood collection and storage by the umbilical cord blood collection program established under section 19a-32r of the general statutes.
Statement of Purpose:
To fund the state umbilical cord blood collection program.
