AN ACT CONCERNING PERIODIC INSPECTIONS OF PUBLIC TRANSIT BUSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 14-163c of the general statutes be amended to include, for purposes of the inspection requirements in section 14-163e of the general statutes, transit buses owned or operated by municipalities or transit districts.
Statement of Purpose:
To require vehicles that provide public transportation to be inspected just as intrastate and interstate bus companies are.
