AN ACT EXTENDING CHILD CARE SUBSIDIES TO PARENTS IN SCHOOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17b-749 of the general statutes be amended to allow parents pursuing an education degree related to job advancement to become or remain eligible for child care subsidies.
Statement of Purpose:
To extend child care subsidies to parents who are pursuing an education to advance job prospects.
