24	24		AN ACT CONCERNING MEDICAID COVERAGE OF CHIROPRACTIC SERVICES.

26	26		Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

28	28		Section 1. Section 17b-28e of the general statutes is amended by adding subsection (d) as follows (Effective from passage):

30	30		(NEW) (d) Not later than July 1, 2015, the Commissioner of Social Services shall amend the Medicaid state plan to include treatment by a chiropractor licensed under section 20-27 as an optional service covered under the Medicaid program.
